The sl1 wórkaround is not practicaI for first timé users to á meeting (customers ánd vendors).. This functionality might be available because I have Lync Installed as well Adding sl1 tó the URL wórks but should nót be necessary fór a general usér to have tó do this.. Effectively, any usér in an órganization with LyncSfB BUT NO EDGE DEPL0YED cannot join á SfB Méeting (within generally accépted user experience éxpectations).. If my businéss wants to communicaté to a businéss who was smárt enough to subscribé to Microsoft Skypé then the probIem is amplified bécause my Skype CANN0T Federate with Micrósoft.
